About AITWIRE

AITWIRE is an Agentic AI Marketing and Advertising Platform that helps businesses win valuable customers and clients.

AITWIRE coordinates owned, earned and paid marketing — from how AI assistants describe and recommend a business, and the approved content behind those answers, to advertising and offers.

Each business gets its own agent, and every piece of work goes through one loop: discover, orchestrate, optimize. Your agent finds where you could win and what’s holding you back, gets the work done with your approval, and checks what happened.

Why AITWIRE exists

Traditional websites were built for people first and machines second. That worked when search engines mostly indexed pages and ranked links. It works less well in a world where AI systems summarize, synthesize, and cite information across many sources at once.

AITWIRE was created to solve that gap.

The goal is simple: help organizations measure how AI answers about them, identify what needs to change, and publish verified, current information in forms AI systems can crawl and cite.

AITWIRE turns what a business has approved into checks, improvements and published facts, then checks what happened.

Across the product, the work is one loop: discover, orchestrate, optimize.

Mission

Discover. Orchestrate. Optimize.

AITWIRE exists because businesses can’t easily see how AI presents them, what to change, or whether a change made a difference. Your agent finds where you could win and what’s holding you back, gets the work done with your approval, and checks what happened. The evidence is kept so you can review it.

What your agent does

Discover

Asks up to eight AI assistants, including ChatGPT (with and without web search), Claude and Gemini, your customers’ and clients’ questions, and shows where you’re named, left out or described wrongly.

Orchestrate

Prepares the work for your approval: website wording, profile corrections, ChatGPT ads where OpenAI allows them. Once approved, our team and your agent carry it out.

Optimize

Asks the same questions again, shows what happened and recommends the next round, keeping ad results and enquiries separate.

Founder

AITWIRE is being built by Matt Herbert, working with AI as a force multiplier across product strategy, drafting, systems design, implementation support, and iteration.

Founder

Matt Herbert is building AITWIRE to give each business its own AI agent for marketing and advertising, starting with AI channels. That has involved hands-on work with Claude integrations, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks and performance measurement, bringing together his commercial, regulatory and technical experience.

AITWIRE reflects a model of modern software creation where a founder works directly with AI to accelerate research, product design, copy, workflows, and implementation.

Milestones

Initial concept

Problem identified

The initial concept emerged from the growing gap between how websites publish information and how AI systems consume it.

Platform direction

Authority publishing model defined

Core ideas around machine-first authority surfaces, governed publishing, and AI parseability were shaped into a product direction.

Product build

Initial audit and publishing workflows

Early workspace, audit, and authority-management capabilities were developed into a usable product structure.

Platform expansion

Governance and multi-tenant thinking added

AITWIRE grew from a measurement idea into a broader product spanning measurement, publishing and monitoring: the foundation of the AI agent it now gives each business.
