Pause your AI Update cycle

You can pause active probing and publishing without losing your data. Go to Settings > Plan and pause the AI Update cycle. Your machine-readable data stays published, but AITWIRE stops running new cycles.

Export your data

Before closing, export anything you want to keep:

AI Signals & reports — Dashboard > Reports > Export.
Catalog — Commerce > Catalog > Export CSV.
Leads — Leads > Export.
Machine-readable data — your published entity.json and llms.txt remain retrievable at their addresses on AITWIRE’s hosting until your account is deleted.

Close your account permanently

1. Export everything you need (see above). 2. Cancel any active subscription in Settings > Billing. 3. Go to Settings > Danger Zone and choose Delete Account. 4. Type your tenant ID to confirm.
